Shipping and delivery
We sell trek seats, not goods, so nothing is shipped. Here is what you receive and when.
What you get
A confirmed seat on the trek and date you booked, delivered on the day: pickup in Mysuru (or the meeting point shown on the trek page), the trek, and everything listed under "Included".
When you get confirmation
Online payments: a confirmation email straight away, with a private link to your booking.
UPI with a screenshot: a confirmation email once we have matched the payment, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
A few days before the trek we add you to its WhatsApp group, and the day before we send a reminder with your pickup time.
