Terms of booking

A seat is yours once we have received at least the slot amount shown when you book. Paying online confirms it straight away; a UPI screenshot confirms it once we have matched it with our bank.

The rest of the price is due before the bus leaves. If it isn't paid, we may give the seat to someone on the waitlist.

Prices include what the trek page lists under "Included". Anything under "Not included" is yours to pay.

Every trek page shows how hard it is. Please be honest about your fitness and tell us about anything that matters on a trail: asthma, heart conditions, recent injuries, allergies, medicines you carry.

Trekkers under 18 must come with a parent or guardian on the same booking. The booking form won't accept a group with only under-18s.

Himalayan treks are for 18 and over unless we've agreed otherwise with the family beforehand.

If the Trek Leader decides someone is not safe to continue, they turn back with a member of our team. This is not a cancellation and no refund is due for that day.

Follow the Trek Leader's instructions. They can change the route, timing or turnaround point for safety.

No littering, no loud music, no alcohol or smoking on the trail. We carry plastic back down, and we ask you to help.

Anyone who puts others at risk, or treats people or places badly, can be asked to leave the trek without a refund.

Trekking happens outdoors, on uneven ground, in changing weather. We plan carefully, carry first aid and keep groups small, but some risk remains and you take part knowing that.

Look after your own valuables. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Our responsibility for anything that goes wrong is limited to the amount you paid for that trek, except where the law says otherwise.

We take photos on treks and may share them on our website and Instagram. If you'd rather not appear, tell your Trek Leader and we'll leave you out.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Mysuru.
